deb2bzr caveat

  deb2bzr is a tool written to create, exclusively, that style of Debian
  packaging branch that does not put under VCS all of the upstream
  sources, but only the Debian packaging bits. In this style of
  packaging, the .diff.gz does not modify files outside of debian/, and
  patches are kept separate with a tool like quilt or dpatch, instead of
  VCS branches themselves.
