Package upstreams

No bug is an island, entire of itself. Every bug is a piece of the distribution, a part of the main. If a package be washed away by the release manager, the distribution is the less, as well as if an architecture were, as well as if it were a package of thy friends or thine own were, any packages removal hurts me, because I am involved in Debian, and therefore never send out to find whose package a RC bug resides in, for it belongs to thee.
