Binary-section Manpages
This has been proposed by Yann Dirson.
No binary-section manpages (mainly 1, 6, 8) in `manpages' and `manpages-<LANG>' packages, but in their relevant binary packages. This mostly concerns non-english manpages.
As it seems that upstream `manpages' package will include manpages for GNU tools that do not provide them (thanks to GNU info-fanatism ;), it would require coordination between the Debian `manpages' maintainer and the maintainer from the invloved packages.
