updated irssi-plugin-xmpp package for debian etch

The irssi-plugin-xmpp package in debian is buggy and outdated. On this page i provide a package built from current CVS (as of January 16th, 2008) and also an updated package of the needed loudmouth library (recompiled from debian testing source, no other changes). I also provide the -dev of the loudmouth library so you can recompile irssi-plugin-xmpp yourself. No warranty whatsoever, use at our own risk.
