freeb (0.12-1.1) stable; urgency=low

  * removed CVS dirs and .cvsignore files from upstream source and
    created upstream orig.tar.gz because freeb is no native Debian
    package
  * debian/control:
    - Section from unknown to misc
    - moved Dependencies to one single line
    - changed  ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends} to ${perl:Depends} and
      removed explicite perl dependency
    - enhanced description
  * debian/copyright: s/Author(s)/Author/
  * debian/docs: Added docs
  * debian/rules:
    - Removed CFLAGS remainders from rules template
    - Removed some comments from rules template
    - uncommented dh_perl
  * debian/install: Use dh_install instead of make install.
    The install target of the Makefiles is just copying of files
    to the relevant locations.  I have the feeling that dh_install
    does a slightly better job, especially because you are able
    to move etc to different location.
  * debian/examples: Move test directory to examples
  * debian/dirs: Removed directories which were created by dh_install
  * moved freeb.conf to /etc and set symlink to /usr/share/freeb/etc
  * moved log directory to /var/log/freeb and placed symlink
    to /usr/share/freeb/log
  * debian/logrotate: Added.
  * Moved public to /var/lib/freeb/public and made it accessible for www-data
  * debian/README.Debian:
    - Removed the parts about configuration in /usr/share/freeb because this 
      is a clear policy violation.
    - Reworded the part about Debian stable because official packages
      will got into testing first.
    - Added hint to /usrr/share/freeb/test
  * Added debconf stuff to configure /etc/freeb.conf
