Start work on Free Software project

• I had a job in a small ISP as system administrator for Linux servers
• The Internet started to be very popular in Taiwan
• I started to use GNU/Linux at work around 1998.
• The first Chinese localization project on GNU/Linux called CLE (Chinese Linux Extension).
• I was luckily joined the CLE project to help packaging and merged all the patches and packages into the Mandrake distro around 2000~2001.
• I met Anthony Fok during this time on a mailing list, we exchanged ideas and patches for the Debian Chinese project.
• I became root for many local community servers in Taiwan
• I got health problem around 2000, doctor said I probably cannot live after my 30th birthday.
• I stopped my job and make a wish to do something useful for community
• I went to the UK for my cousin's wedding
