Connect to international Debian community

• Meet NIIBE Yutaka in person during Asia Open Source Symposium in Taipei
• Got invited to attend Asia Code Fest and the first Asia mini-DebConf in Beijing, China
• Managed to bring Arne Goetje and Rex Tsai(chihchun) together to Beijing for ADMC
• Meet many DDs and Debian folks there
• Inspired very much by Alexander Reichle-Schmehl's "How to help Debian"
• I wasn't even a DM at that time and now I'm am a DD
• Enrico Zini asked me to apply for being a DM as he was tired of sponsoring uploads for me
