In order to reduce my dependence on the SHA-1 hash, I've recently set up
a new OpenPGP key, and will be transitioning away from my old one.

The old key will continue to be valid at least through the end of
2009, but I prefer all future correspondence to come to the new one.
I would also like this new key to be re-integrated into the web of
trust and the Debian keyring.  This message is signed by both keys to
certify the transition.

To fetch my new key from a public key server, you can simply do:

gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-key B63480BE

If you don't already know my old key, or you just want to be double
extra paranoid, you can check the fingerprint against the one above:

Ideally this would be done using caff for optimal security; this program
can be found at http://pgp-tools.alioth.debian.org/ or in the
signing-party package in Debian and Ubuntu. Or you can either send me an
e-mail with the new signatures, such as by doing:

  gpg --armor --export B63480BE | mail -s 'OpenPGP Signatures' akumar@debian.org

As a less preferred option, you can just upload the signatures to a
public keyserver directly:

  gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --send-key B63480BE
