Other Enhancements

Various other enhancements were made to the code, incuding:

  Splitting the single monolothic source into multiple files
  Rate limiting (tc and kernel HTB)
  Bandwidth accounting to text files (internal format)
  Cisco-like command line interface (libcli)
  Plugin framework
  Control protocol (nsctl)
  State dump/load mechanism to allow upgrades
  Fail-over clustering
