How to add more machines?  Limited LNS end-points supported by peer (initially 2), so:

  Have multiple servers advertise the same virtual LNS end-point address and customer networks
  Use multi-path equal cost routing to distribute traffic
  Choose a single server to keep session state
  Distribute state changes via multicast
