Debian GNU/Linux Rettungs-CD - 10 jähriges Debian Jubiläum ========================================================== Dies ist eine spezielle Debian Rescue CD. Sie basiert auf der Knoppix (www.knopper.net/knoppix) und bietet ein 50MB grosses Debian GNU/Linux Woody Live-System. Benutzen dieser CD ================== Legen Sie diese CD in Ihr CD- bzw. DVD-Laufwerk und starten Sie Ihren Computer neu. Sollten Ihr Computer nicht von der CD starten, müssen Sie dies eventuell erst im BIOS-Setup explizit erlauben oder dort die Boot-Reihenfolge ändern. Während des Bootens sollte Ihre Hardware automatisch erkannt werden, sollten hierbei ein oder mehrere Netzwerkkarten gefunden werden, wird zunächst versucht diese(s) per dhcp zu konfigurieren. Gelingt dies nicht, werden den Netzwerkkarten IP-Adressen von 192.168.10.1 an aufwärts zugewiesen. Anschliessend wird ein ssh-Server gestartet, um auch extern auf den Computer zugreifen zu können (zum Beispiel wenn kein Monitor / keine Tastatur angeschlossen ist). Nun können Sie alle installierten Tools, etwa zum Überprüfen von Dateisystemen, oder zur Spurensicherung nach einer Komprimitierung, einsetzen. Bitte haben Sie dafür Verständniss, dass wir aus Platzgründen nicht alle in Debian GNU/Linux verfügbaren Tools installieren konnten. Übrigens können Sie diese CD auch zum aufsetzen eines "erweiterten Basissystems" benutzen. Erstellen Sie dazu ein neue Linux-Partition, und kopieren Sie die Daten dieser CD auf Ihre neue Partition. Passen Sie anschliessend /etc/lilo.conf an, und rufen Sie /sbin/lilo auf. Jetzt sollten Sie Ihr neues Debian-System auch von Festplatte starten können, und natürlich auch neue Software installieren können, führen Sie dazu zunächst ein "apt-get update" aus.
