QA goals for wheezy

- no package FTBFSing: odyx (+ lucas)
- streamlined upgrades for default desktop installs (lunar)
- full installation/removal/upgrade tests (holger via piuparts.d.o?)

Suggestion:
- ensure sensible Recommends
- find a way to ensure that all pkgs are maintained (in a proactive way)
- add a mention of who did the last upload of the package on the BTS?
  (so they can be pinged directly in case there is no answers)
- ana wants to report crappy maintainers
- automated removals from testing of orphaned or RC buggy packages?
  (get in touch with the Release Team)
- distinguishing between orphaned packages that would be removed
  and those that actually need to be maintained. Regularily write
  debian-devel@l.d.o a list of packages that we still need in Debian
  and that miss maintainers.
- Do QA uploads to fix RC bugs during the dev. cycle?
- Send mails to DAM (Debian Account Managers) when a package is really badly
  maintained.
- Switch MIA infrastructure to use RT (or something easier to work with
  than what's currently available)
- pabs will organise meetings and hack fests
- Provide documentation about QA different tasks on QA's website.
