DPL wannabe and howto BoF
=========================

What is the DPL "job" about?
----------------------------

- is the DPL job so exausting that half the past DPLs have left?
  - high potential for burnout
  - very high sense of responsibility (public representative,
    first point of contact, conflict resolution, ...)
  - critical to be able to "say no"
  - tip: give up technical job during the term(s)

Q: Would it be meaningful to divide the DPL tasks (see above ^) ?
  - the job might indeed be too big for one person
  - the DPL has the power of delegating things (to "victims" :))
Zack's idea: "DPL Board" … but how to go there ?
  - other projects have "boards"; that helps in transparency if
    we have public periodic meetings and also in "training" future DPLs

WE SUCK AT MINUTES. :-)
(then again, that's why there's a video...)
