1. Static representation at women.debian.org (to be maintained via 
   the regular www infrastructure?) Holds About section, Profiles, 
   Contact, and a link to the wiki
2. All actual work happens in the wiki, also things that need to be 
   updated often and things that should be worked on collaboratively
3. Migrate Projects and Press sections onto a wiki.d.o page
4. Revive the talks page
