Money is kept in cheque & savings accounts to allow best access.
Inflation is a concern but already doing what can be done.
Debian should spend the money available.

* what (else) should we use Debian money for?

  - Helping events with higher quality banners and materials.
  - Possibly hiring people for administrative work
  - Hiring people to bootstrap efforts (such as a Newbie Orientation Team)
    --> problems transitioning to unpaid, or cooperation with unpaid/volunteers
  - How about bounties or rewards, assigned not by a committee but by The Crowd (e.g. mod points or so, the system would need to create motivation for all contributors to participate)

* which minimum amount of Debian money should we keep?
  (and what maximum?) Felt that there was no need to retain money
  to protect against possible legal costs, instead raise that money
  if it becomes necessary.

* what can we do to have more sprints?
  (beside this talk and mentioning sprint in DPL bits, that is)

* what can we do to attract more donations?
  (in case we will need more money)
  + Is a banner “we need to money” on our website acceptable?
    (do not do like what wikipedia does)

* why do we keep sprints and debconf different in terms of reports?
  --> we converge more and more
