These kernel patches have been tested on a Raq3. They should work on 
the Qube 3 and Raq 4. The "ruler" driver appears broken, due to IDE
changes, so it's not advisable to use it on the RaqXTR.

After applying the patch, copy config-cobalt-III to .config, and configure
the kernel as normal. To compile, run "make gen3".
