  + Recurring administrative tasks:

    * reviewed and corrected ELA texts
    * reviewed contributor monthly reports

  + worked on fine-grained review of all packages in Xla-needed.txt
  + suggested improvements to the [ELTS website publication CI](https://salsa.debian.org/freexian-team/extended-lts/website/-/issues/5) 
  + coordinated w/ Santiago on the status of ELTS extra hours
  + reviewed [proposed update to Git workflow doc](https://salsa.debian.org/lts-team/lts-team.pages.debian.net/-/merge_requests/22) by Sylvain
  + DebCamp sprint coordination

- Participated in the [DebCamp Security Tracker sprint](https://debconf25.debconf.org/talks/108-security-tracker-sprint/):
  + Spent the week working with contributors (both veteran contributors and several newbies who showed up in person for the sprint) and coordinating on the many tasks which were being worked on, as well as on the assortment of MRs which were proposed

  + My participation in the sprint totalled 24.25 work hours
