    * monthly hours dispatch
    * dispatched front desk slots for the first half of 2026

    * reviewed and corrected ELA texts
    * reviewed individual contributor monthly reports
    * reviewed DLAs and ELAs published in September
    * hosted/moderated the [monthly LTS meeting](https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts/2025/10/msg00026.html)
    * some personnel coordination and hours management tasks
    * worked on LTS-ELTS team docs merger
      = coordinated w/ Jochen, Beuc, Kanashiro, and Charles on the work to be done
      = reviewed MRs they prepared, made comments and suggestions, and followed-up as necessary
    * coordinated on hdf5 EOL; the trajectory changed to "limited support"
    * [LTS] coordinated on guix EOL
    * miscellaneous coordination and correspondence on a variety of ML threads
    * update coordinator automation tasks to use a trixie environment (requested by Helmut following the upgrade of the underlying infrastructure)
