    * monthly hours dispatch

    * miscellaneous coordination and correspondence on a variety of ML threads and MRs
    * LTS-ELTS documentation work; reviewed several MRs and other changes by beuc, charles, and jochen
    * reviewed individual contributor monthly reports
    * reviewed DLAs and ELAs published in October
    * hosted/moderated the [monthly LTS meeting](https://meetbot.debian.net/debian-lts/2025/debian-lts.2025-11-27-14.00.html)
    * reviewed and corrected ELA texts
    * update coordinator automation tasks to use a trixie environment (requested by Helmut following the upgrade of the underlying infrastructure)
    * CVE severity handling discussions
    * coordination w/ Charles concerning migration of OpenStack packages from lts-team/packages to OpenStack maintainer repos
    * followed-up on several MRs/issues from the past week
- [LTS/ELTS] reviewed team documentation updates from throughout the month
    * proofread, general clean up and fixed several typos
    * updated some obsolete notes
    * made some small improvements
