  + Recurring administrative tasks:
    * monthly hours dispatch
    * prepared and published weekly reports
    * generated and published 2026 LTS meeting schedule
    * November LTS monthly meeting action item follow-up
    * reviewed monthly LTS report draft by Santiago
    * prepared for and moderated the December LTS monthly meeting; also administrative follow-ups
    * reviewed/corrected ELA texts
  + discussions about vulnerability handling timeframes
  + coordinated on EOL of pagure (LTS) and freeimage (ELTS)
  + worked on documenting monthly LTS meeting processes and procedures
  + coordinated on personnel hours management issues
  + worked on documentation on fixing CVEs outside of LTS

    * ended up closing after determining that the various bits had been completed
  + assisted Santiago w/ some monthly report-related personnel management
