  + worked on some improvements to the coordinator tooling
  + discussions about coordinator task transitions to other personnel
  + worked on completely automating the weekly report
  + coordinated w/ Santiago on the closure of some older issues
  + reviewed correspondence backlog, closed some issues, reassigned others
  + "Welcome to the team" discussion w/ Arnaud (and Santiago)
