The cddt-di is a debian-installer package that provides tools to install a CDD using an udeb generated by the cddtool.
The idea is that using the installer support provided by that package and the CDD udeb the user can select which tasks to install and, once they are selected, the scrips apply the corresponding preseedings and prepares things for the base-installer system (cddt-bi system).
The package provides a generic script that asks, via debconf, which tasks to install at the very beginning of the installation and leaves hooks in place to doit at the right moment.
